Freedom Network

This video below they just posted is a good reason on why Freedom can be horrible at their choosing, other cases of this being lying about why they were making all partners managed and saying they would be managed forever etc.

Nothing to do with partners generally but it just shows how un-professional they are and the general lack of respect for anyone they work with may it be staff, networks or partners.

George, as the company CEO is meant to manage and create an efficient team not create videos pretty much saying "half my team has been slacking off so I am going to shame them publicly now :)"

i told you they were slacking everything i said about their support, forums, and other stuff is true.

Thanks for the info, i will just stick to what i'm doing.

Fairly new to all this, so it was exciting when i got the message, but i will stick to making vids just now and worry about partnership later.

Thanks for all your advice YT Family :)

That video shows that they don't know how to manage. They should be speaking directly to the people who are not doing their jobs.

I wouldn't be surprised if 'employees' are being expected to work long hours for 3rd-world wages.

What a ridiculous video. Either Freedom is incapable of managing something as simple as an email list, or it genuinely doesn't know which employees aren't carrying their weight and hoped to scare the dishonesty out of them. Either way, I'm going to coin a term now that I think we can all use in our daily lives. This is quite simply "classic George".

look buddy, you got 60/40 split in Freedom I can guarantee, and also they reward you with buggy dashboard and really late payment time, think wisely

Could you explain in more detail please? the negative is well outweighing the positive for freedom here, like to give both sides a chance though.

Looked at your channel, you will get 60/40 split from them I can ensure.
Positive : No lock in, good support.
Negative : Buggy dashboard, late payment date(other network usually pay 1 - 10th in each month, but Freedom pay at the end of the month), and they often promise their members many things, such as new dashboard is coming, certain apps that help Youtubers, but only small portion of all that promises being done.

That video is ridiculous, I would have thought he'd have posted that privately and shared it with his staff members only as a sort of get off your backsides kind of thing because I cant see how much work you're putting in but to publish it where everyone can view it really tarnishes their reputation further and shows the public his staff aren't even kept in check nor doing their jobs properly. The public shaming of his staff is more like a public shaming for Freedom as a whole.

Seems like they dont value their staff whatsoever tbh, they just seem like commission salesmen. The business only cares about them when they make them money and when they don't they are kicked out.

You would think the "CEO" would have better things to do with his time than publicly slate his staff. But then again that is none my business

It is also worth noting, contrary to the OP that 60/40 is not a good revenue split. There are still a few networks that offer worse, 50/50, but 60/40 is at this point considered below the norm. 70/30 is a more accurate current base and getting 80/20 is not difficult if you do your research. The only people getting 60/40 are the ones who are too small to have any negotiating power at all.
