Free time for YouTube

When you have some free time on your hands and get a chance to work on your youtube channel, what do you take the time to do?
I usually take the time to promote my latest video and take a look at my analytics

I usually spend most of my time on editing.

I try and network, checking my sub box, commenting on other videos, writing new video ideas and a few other things!

I try to work on an animation. Next up I'd try to promote, but since I don't upload very often, making the videos is priority.

I look into new equipment that I cannot currently afford, but would like to get.
Write scripts and video ideas.
Watch other YouTubers.

I'm really bad at looking at my analytics...as in I don't do it too often. So in my free time I'm usually doing promotion and (believe it or not) watching other small channels. Feels good to not be too focused on the numbers at this point in the game.

Better editing of the movies - this is my bottleneck in the production process.
Taking footage is easy and I almost do not do any promotion of our videos but video editing takes a lot of time.
I would like to craft every video - but than I will need a whole week or two for a single one.

Depends on my mood honestly. Work on video ideas, hang out with folks who are supporting the channel, try to educate myself on any number of topics, etc...
