Forela Network NOT PAYING, not replying

I have been with RPM a long time, but decided to take one of my channels and try out Forela Digital Network.

I got approved late Sept and made a few hundred in the last few days of the month. It was great and I got my payment right on time Nov 8th. The month of Oct was a full month and it did pretty well. I continued to add content consistently towards the end of Oct and thru Nov.

I soon realized I didn't get my payout (for Oct) on Dec 8th. I contacted and talked with Kamran around the 16th and asked why I didn't get paid. He said that sometimes channels get flagged in case there is a content claim against the channel, but that payment is never touched and would be added to the balance owed for the next month. I trusted this and didn't think much of it and continued to add content to my channel.

Well, now they have missed payment to me on Jan 8th. I have repeatably tried to contact Kamran with no answer on skype. I was able to get in touch with Christian, but he was unable to get me an answer. He says he is waiting to hear from Kamran.

My account has no content claims, strikes ect and is in good standing with YT. I have never been notified that there is an issue and even when I talked to Kamran, his words, 'I love it' about my channel. The ads have been running just fine for the last three months. I am getting NO RESPONSE from support so I am making this post in hopes that someone from Forela will help me get answers. I have since turned off ALL ads as I am not going to keep making money for someone else.

Here are my points:
1. If there is a problem, why wasn't I contacted?
2. If there is a problem, why hasn't youtube given me a strike or notification?
3. If there is a problem, why are ads still showing and revenue being made each day?
4. If there is a problem, why is Forela support avoiding talking to me and working this out before resorting to me having to post in a forum for help?
5. If there is a problem, why hasn't my contract been terminated and my channel unlinked?

I just want answers...
 
Forela/ZoominTV/NGE are all affiliated and have been well known to make up reasons not to make payments (just run a simple search). They lie to their partners and say AdSense or YT has flagged their accounts for reviewal (YT does not do this, I talk to a partner rep at YT all the time). If there are issues with the account, YT doesn't review anything, the accounts get striked or terminated immediately.

I had a friend that was with forela and had the worst experience ever, kept his money and would not de-link his account from their network. He had to start an entirely new channel and build from ground up!

I suggest people stick with just being a YT Partner and not signing with a network unless its a reputable one like Maker, RPM or Fullscreen.

they havent paid me my november earnings yet.

they are saying they are reviewing the payment to determine whether i can be paid or not!

what the f**k! youtube has sent ATV my revenue money. so how the f**k can they say they can keep it?
 
Thanks Gabriel, I have already tried a number of times to reach Kamran. I tried all efforts of getting help before posting to this forum. I am seeing others have same issue. This isn't good if 3rd party networks aren't paying...

We've been investigation your issue ever since the subnetwork has flagged it up for us. Please allow us around 1-2 more days to understand why our system has flagged your content. We assure you, you'll be compensated and repaid in full.

** It is vital to understand that our payment gateways ( Bank, WU and PP ) are 100% automatic. We do not touch/modify them. If all is clear, payments are delivered at the fastest rate possible from the moment they get dispatched from Google. Flags are set in place to ensure that no fraudulent finance ever sneaks by our system. Occasional false flags occur due to false CID claims or strikes.

UPDATE: Our system detected possible manual inflation of the channel. Example of one of the videos:

This could be why it would have flagged it, no worries, as long as we have pinpointed the issue we'll be able to solve this. After a little more investigation to get an all-clear we'll process your payment.

I just want to clear some things up. First of all, the system that Forela uses for payments is 100% automated. The only reason any money wouldn't go thru is because we don't have payment info for a partner and in that case we simply hold the money and on the next payday we send the partner the sum of everything he/she missed out on the previous month(s).

Any other claim of not being paid is that its either a lie, or they haven't given us their payment info (e.i. paypal email)

I hope you can get this situation resolved and hopefully Forela stops making up excuses like "AdSesne is holding the payment". If that is the case they should easily be able to show you documentation of the hold.

If this is true, then why didn't you email the channels g-mail and inform them of the problem and why the payment is being held? Also, why is the Forela system looking for manual inflation? YouTube should be the one deciding if there were manual inflation of views.

The OP seemed to be trying to contact you for a while. Leaving people out in the dark like this is extremely frustrating. Best of luck dealing with Forela to fix this problem.
 
The video in the screenshot above was just uploaded Jan 2 and is at the normal freeze point of 301 with a few likes. How does a video that supposedly was flagged Jan 2 or after have anything to do with Oct and Nov revenues missed payments? I do thank you for finally replying to my skypes, but I still don't have an update of resolution.
