Yeah.. so me and my mate started a new series a couple of days ago; "Lets Play Batman Arkham City". After.. uhm, like 15 episodes we get a warning saying that this game is strictly copyrighted and that we have to delete all of the episodes. So yeah, shitload of work thrown out the window. It's our fault for not doing our research, but still.. couldnt they like.. warned us at the first episode instead of the 15th? f**k our lives.

yeaah some companies dont like the cutscenes being in them . some allow if you speak over the cutscenes :O

Nope, actually he`s not, the publisher of that game follows the rules and is strict on them, it falls under no section of fair use...
The publisher has every right to strike the video down with or without the cut-scenes!

Just leave it up, the content owners decided to allow its content to be broadcast but to monetize it. Content ID claims are harmless most of the time
