FL Studio?

Ciarra deBritto

Bringing your imagination to life.
Have you used it? And if so, how hard was it for you to get into the swing of things with the program?
Thanks :)

If you want to make music that sounds good you'll definitely want explore tutorials and download sound packs, but to start off with its not too difficult.

There's so many things I didn't know about when starting and still don't know about, but its really fun to learn though.

I have used it. It's pretty straight forward in the beginning, especially if you watch some Youtube videos.
I've been watching tutorials and catching on to some things, it does seem relatively straight forward once you understand basics. :)

What sound packs would you recommend downloading? :)

Well I don't really know how I found most of mine haha, they're kind of just sound samples from underground artists packs.

It all depends on the music you wanna make too. I enjoy techno, so generally I look for bassy sounds. I use a pack called the VEC2 pack, it has really nice kicks, cymbals, snares and random sounds. Nexus is also nice for lead noises, but it's pricey, I'm pretty sure I just used a "free trial" or something for that. ;D

I'd recommend finding the VEC2 pack, because you can make some fine music with the basic instruments, but the basic drum sounds just sound like garbage to me. :/
