First PC Build

So im looking to build my first Desktop as my 50 dollar laptop from 4 years ago just isn't cutting it anymore. I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to anything PC related. I've done some research most of the day watching several videos to find what I may need. What Im looking for is a build mainly for streaming/editing/rendering and normal PC use like webbrowsing watching videos etc etc. The only gaming I really may do is just some minecraft as I have a ps4 for other gaming needs. But here is the specs I've looked at so far and please offer any advice help on stuff I may need or don't need. Really trying to get under 800 dollars sooo here is what I'm looking at so far:

CPU: FX 8350
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 8gb
Graphics card(which im still unsure if I really need to spend a ton on): Saphire R9 280x
Cooler Master 212 Evo
SSD: ADATA USA Priemer Pro 2.5 inch 250gb
Case: corsair 230t
Power: corsair builder cx 600 watt

Good setup but get a 2TB HDD for your recordings. Power supply should be Seasonic M12II 620w 80+ Bronze. Graphics card should be GTX 970 or GTX 960 since you're more into editing.

What brands would you recommend for the hard drive and should I then take out the ssd for the build. Also what brand was the gtx 970 since im trying to stick to a budget.

How much is your budget?
I suggest getting Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB and get Samsung 850 Evo 120GB (SSD). SSD for OS, editing software, and such, while 1TB for games and game footages.[DOUBLEPOST=1428802854,1428802815][/DOUBLEPOST]If you can afford Asus DCUII GTX 970, then go for that but Gigabyte has superb cooler too.

Budget is going to be 900 and under preferably on the under side
