Final Cut Pro X Keeps Crashing!!!

ProductionPeople1

I Love YTtalk
So I finished editing my video, then I rendered it. But now when I go to hit export to media it starts up all fine and stuff but then.... It gets to around 3%-5% then it freezes and closes me out of the program and crashes -_- I have gone through this process at least 10 times now!!!! Does anyone know anything about things like this in FCPX???

Have you tried looking at the Final Cut Pro X forums (I'm pretty sure they have a forum somewhere).

Personally I've never touched that software as it makes me want to cry, I've used Final Cut Pro 7 and that wasn't too bad but yer, I like to stay away from Final Cut "Pro" it's a dying program.

There are several options...

https://discussions.apple.com/community/professional_applications/final_cut_pro_x
http://www.fcp.co/forum/1-fcp-co-final-cut-pro-forum
http://forums.macrumors.com/

All of these are great for Application support. There are many Apple related forums out there, but these are the ones at are more active. Also Apple's live chat is another option. (If it shows up).

Yeah I am thinking about switching to adobe premiere.

I would if I were you :) Final Cut Pro 7 was actually classed as "Professional" software hence the word "Pro" in the title but Final Cut Pro X isn't classed as professional software at all! It's just an apple remake of a really good piece of software which is basically just a buffed up version of iMovie :/ It's got some cool features don't get me wrong but I feel like the software is a dying cause :/ plus the industry is slowly moving over to Premiere Pro CS6 (not CC for some reason, I think this is because over time the 1 off cost is probably cheaper for the big companies).
