Feedback on my channel

Dear Gamer

I've Got It
Hello everyone,

I was wondering if you could give me some feedback on my channel. My goal is to have a nice clean channel with good content. Would you mind looking over my channel and checking things like:
*Layout
*Thumbnails
*Titles
*Sound // Video Quality

I would really appreciate it. I enjoy making videos and I want to create content thats pleasing to the viewer. Thank you so much!

Michael @Dear Gamer

Banner looks clean and gives information about the content. You could ad information about your upload schedule.
Trailer starts too late with delivering actual information but the general style is good. Some sample footage would be great.
Make the thumbnails follow the same design as logo and banner.
Start your titles with a catchy phrase instead of a (boring) game title.
Cool that you start your videos with a catchy teaser. The following intro sequence is a bit long though.
Audio quality is good and volumes well balances.
Show your end card already on your final words and not after everything has been already said.

@Kath I guess this would better be sent to the review section :)

Banner looks good, but I'd move the text slightly to the right and get rid of the logo. There's no point in having same icon as an avatar.

Thumbnails are the worst part - too much text, which also has bad font and colors. Check some tutorials on how to do it properly
....[later] Oh, you made tutorial about thumbnails...

Your intro suddenly ends - I see you did it yourself, because the music isn't synchronized with the video.
You use too much music in your videos anyway.

I like your banner, it's clean and simple. I'd maybe look at switching your avatar up a bit as it looks a bit odd with 2 identical graphics on the banner. Try swapping the orange and the white in your avatar?

I find your thumbnails a little messy looking. It would be great if you could get them in a similar style to your banner, or at the very least, make the text White/orange/black. That would help tie them in to your channels 'brand'. I'd also get rid some of the text off them as for my eyes there is just too much on each one.

I enjoyed your Intro video. It's short and get's straight to the point. I also liked that bass hook in the music, but I'd imagine that it would get real old, real quick, having to sit through 20 seconds of that at the start of every video.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks everyone, it seems like my biggest areas are aligning my thumbnails with the same color scheme with my banner and taking the logo off my banner. I will look into these today.

I would use less text in my thumbnails but, I think using the same colors in every thumbnail will get played out quick when looking at all of my videos at once.

You can play with combinations of orange white and black. This already gives you plenty of room for variety in my eyes or you add another colour to logo and banner.

In my video I just upload I took some of your advice, I put the game title second in my title, I used less words and I took the logo out of my banner, it did look redundant with the logo and icon looking the same.

Hey Michael! I'm Valky and I just watch some of your videos.
Here are my Honest Feedbacks (don't hate meh):

*Layout:
Banner is clean, Profile is good but if you want to add, you can put info like the schedule of uploads for your channel.

*Thumbnails :
They are very important. First impression counts. Improve on your Thumbnail.
Make it more Attractive for viewers to go like.. Oooo What's Dat!! Gotta Click'em!!
You can put Text, but put them Creatively and short.
Drop that 1080p, because most Peeps Video uploads are 1080p (if you really want, put it in one of your Tags)

*Titles:
Do you know that youtube search catches the First three words on your Titles.
So you always want to put the first three words that people search the most.
Example: (How To ... / Best of All Time / "Game Name")
Again 1080p.. / HD.. Drop it, don't have to waste space to put that in.
Put those things in Tags.

*Sound // Video Quality
Sound Quality is good.. Video is already 1080p HD lol what else to improve? ;P

The thing about us being a small channel is that we want to grab people's attention,
Its good to put teaser before your intro. But make sure your teaser caught people's attention and curiosity to want to watch more.
Viewers have less than 10 sec attention span. So make use of that and GRAB THEIR SOULS! Kidding.. grab their attention.

I seen alot of intros are wayyy too long. that before the video starts.. viewers click away. So Intro keep it short and sweet.

These are some of my feedbacks.. Don't Kill meh pls XD[DOUBLEPOST=1442500255,1442500167][/DOUBLEPOST]

Good job on improving your thumbnail! That stands out! Awesome
