Feedback for my channel please?

Well the first thing you'll need to do is improve your channel banner.
It isn't very eye catching and will probably turn a lot of probable subscribers away.
You will also want to make custom thumbnails for every video on your channel, and not just ones that you want, because
that shows sloppiness, and shows that you don't quite care for your own product.
Your about page is alright, but it doesn't really show exactly what you do, I suggest re-writing it so that when people view it, and read it, they have a better understanding as to
what it is you do.
Also that leads to a channel trailer, it's always good to have a short channel trailer, as some people don't always view the about page.
You will also need a significantly better Microphone, this is based of your newer video Blacklight Retribution, if you are going to use that kind of microphone, try angling is away from your mouth so the viewer doesn't get that annoying popping sound.
Also when you do a face cam, it shouldn't take up 25% of the screen you should decrease the size a bit since it covers a little too much of your game screen.
These are things you should look at fixing.
