I find this way very good...
453 people watched my video and 7 searched for It (directly on youtube)

usually, sharing only my video link, I get max 1 viewer........... sometime 2 but usually 1 or zero

I tried making a "teaser" not so many seconds longer which redirect to YouTube (not a link but a "search index").

So you didn't link the YouTube video anywhere in the actual text of the post? Did you just use the call to action option? Either I'm doing something wrong or my content is s**t cause in 10hrs I got 2 views on a 10sec Facebook video and I'm 100% they're both mine xD EDIT: I should note I did have a direct link to the video in the post's text. Can anyone confirm whether Facebook still lowers the view chances even on their own videos if they smell a YouTube link?

No links in my post, only an indication to find my video (I tested with the "incognito" tab, so no user preferences

Nope.. I wanna avoit the use of links on FB and enhance the YouTube search, just because by mobile it's a very bad experience clicking on a FB link

I can't confirm about text links but about video-links.... anyway.. I suppouse the code enhances videos that are only FB releated

Ah well then this won't make a different for me anyways as I only share on my FB page I don't like sharing to random groups anymore, attracts too many non-english speakers & dead subs. I'm actually contemplating avoiding Facebook as there's no auto post like with G+ & Twitter, it seems YouTube & Facebook don't like cooperating.

Hehe they ABSOLUTELLY don't cooperate xD
But if wanna auto-share on your FB page you should consider IFTTT ^^
