fake users on youtube?

So i just got this creepy message on youtube about a warning i guess. the person is warning my of YTkestryn/matheww or whatever their names are. he told me they get fake views and subscribers. is this something that i should be concern about? or just be like let it go. btw i got kestryn on my recommended box and he has me on his
