Exposure issue

As a viewer of gaming channels there needs to be motivation for me to watch a series. There are so many talented gaming channels that make quality content, but I can only watch so many Bioshock LPs (as an example).

I don't think that's a problem that can be fixed. For me the first person I see doing a series, I will tend to only watch their LP of it. For example Lilikoi Juice Bioshock showed up on my feed first so I haven't watch other's, not even big shots like Jesse Cox.

So like Richnode said, the market is saturated, you just have to get lucky and get in the door first with a review, LP or some kind of gimmick that others haven't done yet. Until then you have to rely on your regular viewers or those that have started watching your series over others...

I guess you are right there, I am just going to keep churning out the content and see what happens.

At the size of your channel its fine. Even mine I hardly get any likes or comments. You shouldn't worry about it. Just keep producing the videos man. And your audience will come. :)

You need to add one key ingredient: Time

This ^

It's like what was said in a recent TGS Podcast, the first review out the door gets a million more views, once someone watched one review, they have no reason to watch a second, third or fourth on the same game.

Since you aren't a big channel you won't get reviewer's copies or closed beta keys, so you have to get ready to hit the streets as soon as you can.

You need to be patient, to many people come into YouTube with the mindset that success happens over night. It can take months and months before a significant fanbase may appear, but they are YOUR audience! You worked for it :)

Be patient man, success can take ages, but it's worth it.
