I haven't gotten much sub4sub stuff...but I would definitely block or un-approve it wherever I saw it. At best, I would just ignore it, but I would realistically probably try to do more than just that.

There are soo many people out there who do sub4sub that it's getting frustrating because you hardly ever know whether someone's comments are genuine or they have a "hidden agenda". If someone asks me to check out their channel I usually do and leave a (normal) comment on one of their videos but when that person does sub4sub, that comment only invites other sub4sub people to subscribe to my channel because they think I do sub4sub as well.
I don't understand how people can be happy with a channel filled with fake comments and fake subs. Why are they even doing YouTube?
ikr it's pointless in my about section on my page i strictly put "i don't do sub 4 sub" that usually scares them away i'm all about genuine comments and loyal subscribers , iv'e worked hard on my gaming channel to build a solid following of 190 subs in 3 months that i'm proud of i get around 80 views or more for each video i post , if i leave a comment it's genuine if i don't like what i see i just don't comment.

Sub4Sub comments make me so angry! When I first started YouTube, I (naively) thought the more "genuine" sounding sub4subs would actually stick around and support my channel, and I felt mean just straight up deleting them. Now, I just delete those comments because I know they aren't going to stick around and do anything for my channel. It's super frustrating! I always try and leave genuine comments to let people know I actually watched their video and don't just want a subscriber out of it haha. I would much rather have fewer subscribers who actually engage with my videos, then a huge number but no views or comments.

Exactly my point!! Omg you should see the videos of those people in Instagram, they have like so many more subscribers and have no views, it's so bad!

Exactly i have 190 subs on my gaming channel and my view ratio is quite good and iv'e seen people with 600 subs to 800 and they get like 20 views in just a week or less so it's pretty obvious it's sub 4 sub, i don't think some people really understand exactly what a subscribe is and how important is it to have a genuine one.

Yeah I really don't get it either! I guess just for the bragging rights, but I think genuine subscribers are more important.
