Anybody know the correct encoding specs to get RRTC to auto open on YT in Widescreen/16:9/HD? Does it just depend on the viewer's individual settings? Thanks.

I don't know what's going on.
You mean how to make it so youtube automatically sets up in fullscreen mode? I don't know about that, I've never had a need to do it.

Individuals settings
If on an iPad/mobile device/app it will autoload full screen though.
