Elgato Game Capture Problem! Please Help!

So i'm using the elgato game capture to record my gameplays. If you check out my videos most of them are not good quality. I don't know what is going on but my videos has stripes in it when i'm moving in the game. Can someone help me? How can i improve my quality and solve this problem?

Wait, your trying to get clips from like an Xbox or ps3 or something? Or gameplay on your PC?

Not on all of my videos. I recorded today and it was fine but another record was messed up. I don't know what is going on
