Hi, this is my first editing reel, I'd love to get some feedback on how I could improve it, if it's acceptable the way it is or if it would keep clients away.

So, I'll give this a shot. I assume an editing reel is just to show off what you can do. The editing itself seems fine, though I would avoid the flickering effect, such as in 0:40 because this can be straining to watch for some people (and if overused can cause epilepsy attacks with people suffering from that disease).
My main problem with this video was that I had no clue what I was watching. There's no story, it is just random clips edited together. Which might be fine since this reel is just to demonstrate your abilities, but me as a viewer wasn't engaged because of the lack of story.
