Editing uploaded video suddenly changed

I uploaded a video this weekend and today I noticed that the editing of the video has suddenly changed...Very strange !! I have watched the video many times since it was uploaded and everything was fine until today. How is this possible? It looks like "someone" has re-edited my uploaded video. I still have the master video but am not sure if I should re-upload it again...
 
Hello Yvelinaa, no I did not. Like I said the video was just fine until today. It is very strange because you can clearly see that the editing (wich was very smooth) is at least at four points different and very abrupt now. I am currently re-uploading the video and will save the "changed" video as unlisted for a while, so that I have it as a reference. I have had strange experiences with YouTube before but never had something like this happen :-(

The change in editing starts at 2:11 and happens at four other points. I just uploaded it again and the name of the re-upload is: Everyday I Love You (WEEKEND) II so that you can see the difference from 2:11 to the end of the video OK?

Let me know what you think of this...
 
The video looks fine to me (acutally a nice video) the only weird thing I saw was a 2:11 was I wanna say a frame going back on the video it's self... Try checking the local file and see if you see the same thing?

If the local video is fine try do on the Youtube dashboard and click on edit for that video then go in the enchancement tab and click revert to original see if that does anything (changes take around 30minuites for editing to be completed)

Yeah, well that is what I mean: "a frame going back" and it also happens at: 2:17, 2:41, 2:51, 3:01 and 3:07...If you look at the second video I just uploaded then you see the difference and this first video was just like the second one until today...

So, what happened here? Is there any explanation for this?
 
It could be the video it's self if you have the video saved in your pc etc watch it their and see if it's happening there, if it is just trim those parts out if not then I'm at a loss .-.
