I need HELP!:hot:
Hiya guys, I know JACK about editing and when I see my friend doing it, it all looks so complicated! I'd like to take some of the pressure off this awesome friend of mine by learning some quick editing and maybe finding an inexpensive or free editing program. Any advice or suggestions?:cat2:

Windows movie maker, sounds odd but depending on your editing needs it can be useful I use it for my videos due to the 1080p option and easy editing its also free if your interested

What kind of vids are they as movie maker can be troublesome for complex ones

I just throw in raw 130-200gb gaming files with audio from audacity and I just do some edits to the video and I produce what I make so far haven't really had a problem with it although sony vegas would be nice to use but I don't have the money or willing to take a chance of a virus for the program xD

Just envision what you want to do, load you footage in to some editing software, and then google the hell out of all the questions that pop up.

If you keep practicing and googling your heart away you will learn everything you need to know with time.

It's how I learned to use Sony Vegas
