Request Edit this pic for me?

I have this picture that I might want to use as a avatar but looks bad. If someone who knows photoshop can make the photo look better that would be great. Some things I would like done is making the hat look even by fixing the area in the upper left corner of the hat, also make the background a solid white, and get rid of the stray hair on the left side of my face and maybe up the brightness. If you can do this I'll pay you $25 yttalk cash, and I will go check out your YouTube channel watch your videos. Or if you think this is a horrible pic let me know, I'm not sure if I want to use it so all opinions are welcome. But I think that with the changes made it would make a good avatar.

EDIT: I got what I wanted if unless you can make this pic super duper awesome, I don't need anyone to edit this pic.

Like this? The hair you were referring to, was that on the left of your glasses or the strands above your eyebrow?
