Early Game Upload????

Quick question....let's say you get a game days before its official release. How early can you upload a Lets Play of that game without getting into any trouble???

Probably the day it comes out. Dont forget, people will be playing the game as soon as it comes out and recording it, so if you get it a day earlier you can record and render, and upload (set it to private while its uploading) then put it to public the night of release.

Depending on how early you get it, you need to be very careful about that kind of thing, anything to do with "leaked" game footage can lead to a lot of issues. So like @Shiftkin said, that's probably the best way to go with it.

You can release it on the day it is offically released [ you'll have extra time to record / edit ] and you'll be ahead of everyone else.

IF the publisher has told you offically that you can put content out before hand then you can from the date told.
