DownRightTV network?

I Have no idea if this is the right thread to post this in (i'm new here) but heck. i'll give it a shot.

So my contract with RPM is up soon (thank goodness) and i'm shopping around for a new network, i stumbled across a network named DownRightTV. i'm wondering has anybody had experience with this network?

Ok, thanks. like i said im new here and im not 100% sure where to put stuff. as far as sub-networks go i have no idea.
