This person said I use "inappropriate language" in my video. I wonder, can they flag me for dropping a couple of cuss words? Should I make this "18 and older" in the settings, or should I be worried? I think one of us says f**k after getting stunned really quietly and I'm sure there is the casual use of s**t since all but one of the people in the video are sailors.

no, it's all ok. if however you where to constantly use very inappropriate swears (c@#t for example) then it would be best for you to put an 18 or older to protect younger viewers but the odd one here and there is perfectly fine, or alternatively make a version for under 18's and use comedic bleeps and censors has place holders for the swearing. Hope this helps

I just read the policies and terms, it says "over use" of explicit language is restricted, I think we say probably a total of maybe 4 or 5 cuss words throughout the video and it's not like we are saying them loud right at the camera. I'm sure he'll try to flag me after my response lol
 
that would be fine, you get those couple of people that take censorship to the extreme that would flag it but it most likely wouldn't affect you or your video has they'll probably ignore it.
 
If this were the case, every Pewdiepie and Shane Dawson video would be flagged. Don't sweat it.
 
Um, I think you're actually over reacting to their comment... (Don't hate me!) It says it's a linked comment which means they shared the video on their G+ page so they were probably just warning their friends in case they were checking it out at work or something.
 
On my videos where swearing heavily is a theme with the "C word" used, I stick an 18+ at the end of the title, then let people know there is strong language featured and I recommend 18+ viewers only at the beginning if the video. Just incase cuz I sometimes have the odd youngster viewing them... And I'm like hey it's not like I haven't warned you!! Lmfao! Sorry Mum :-P
 
Like Baby Teeth says....also you might wanna include dashie in that mix lol But first hand thats a "linked comment" i.e. theres a good chance that could be spam. so no sweat. BUt also if you do a lot of swearing then dont feel bad. You might wanna put an 18+ rating on.
