So i was looking thought my channel settings the other day and i saw this.

I havent been offered any partnerships yet but as you can see it says partnered?

Does this mean im partnered??? Can someone who is a legit partner help me out im totally stumped over this :|

it means you're part of youtubes monetization program which is pretty much classed as "Half partner" it means you can use custom thumbnails and use google adsense with monetization to start making some money off your videos :)
 
Oh okay awesome well i just put in applications for Creator X and Fullscreen so hopefully i hear back from them soon :) Thanks for you help everyone

Just to be clear, you wont get in trouble unless you actually have submitted any videos for monetization without the necessary license (this includes most gaming). Simply having monetization enabled on your account wont be a problem.

Yes it will when you're uploading Battfield 3 footage and whatnot, which Pippie seems to be. If it was Minecraft or League of Legends it wouldn't be an issue.

But my point was that if, for example, he were to upload Minecraft and COD videos and only monetized the Minecraft videos, he would still be fine.
 
Pretty sure this just puts you in the same group as everyone else who can monetise their videos but isn't a partner.
