It looks too basic. Try adding a bit more design and pizzazz to it! Also, you ARE going to adjust that so it will fit the video right? Because for me, it's a little too wide. But yeah, that's just my opinion

You might want to look into GIMP

It will look better with footage, but the words down the middle, the color against the blue looks pretty dull.

What do you edit your videos with? I'm sure you would be able to make a cool professional title using Premiere Pro if that's what you use

It looks nice and basic if that's what you are going for. Too me, it looks like a retro arcade style outro.
