Does Freedom increase revenue %?

I can't bring bad ideas to life.
Ok so I am wanting to partner with freedom and I am wondering if their 60% revenue goes up any higher maybe to 90% and if it does can you tell me how to achieve a higher % for revenue I know you can get 110% from their freedom point system but that`s not what I am looking for.
Also please don`t say go adsense no need for a network.
I know the benefits of adsense and I might go to them if I don't like the network features :)

IF I ask for an increase what is the likelihood that they will give me an increase and would they usually refuse to give an increase to a partner or is it always a yes to increase ?

Factors go into play such as subs, vpm, vpd, etc. If you were to ask right now I'm sure they would say no since you have a very small channel.
