Do you view your channel in a metaphorical way?

i love that idea, anyone with some coding experience could probably turn your youtube analytics into a visua like that. I kind of wished there was a site out there that did that :D

Mine would be so weird though, I only have 15 or so uploads, with lots of views, so it would be like a mini town with a couple of houses, but those houses would be skyscrapers xD

and on that thought, related videos are towns that are close by :D

I work as web developer/coder so, it's something I could look into. I wouldn't know too much about creating plug-ins but, views reports can be downloaded as a .csv file which are easy to read and turn into data. But, to do something that you can view without using the .csv would be kind of tough.

yeah, I dont know anything about coding myself. But it would be cool to make some visuals that are 'triggered' to be shown at a certain view range.

...being prior military, I view my videos as weapons. While there are only 3, each one has gotten progressively bigger and more ambitious than the previous one. I'm in a arms race with myself!

I like to view my videos as some kind of science fiction movie with special effects instead of me just standing in front of a camera.

Interesting~ I always view my channel like a tree or a building, it changes every time lol.

If its a tree, I think my videos as branches while really good videos that drives in most of the views(nutrients) as the trunk of the tree. SEO, promotion, branding are all roots. How big the tree is or how flourished the leaves are are just how successful the channel is.

If its a building, well, if you design structures from the roof to the foundation, calculations involved in designing the trusses, columns, slabs, materials to choose from, etc, there's a lot to consider if you want to make a good channel. lol that's how I see it.
