Do you remove videos with more dislikes than likes?

YouTube could become a better it place it is at the current moment if each time someone does a Thumb Down on any Video a Pop Up does show up and ask them if they would like to comment about why they dislike the Video similar to the Way it already does on other Video Platforms in Asia.
 
it isn't always a band thing if you have more dislikes than likes because people may comment why they don't like the video then you could make a new video and make it better
 
If you get a lot of hate on one video, you could maybe learn from that and change what you're doing? You have to make mistakes to learn, but I wouldn't delete it.
