Well it depends on your view count really. The more people that see and comment is going to give you a higher chance of someone doing it.

About every other day -.-

I do a weekly shoutout series on my channel, but I only give shoutouts to subscribers that are active and I think deserve it. When people bug me about it, it obviously shows that they are using me for the shoutout. So I move them further down the list, or I eventually take them off if they bug me to much.
