I don't make a huge deal of it, but at the end I pretty much say, 'like if you'd like, subscribe if you wanna see more and in the comments tell me...' I put more emphasis on the comments, because I feel like people are more likely to sub to people they interact with. And I can do shout outs to comments and stuff.
