Description Box Style

Hi guys,
So I am pretty happy with the majority of my channel design. I do not like how my description box looks. I have noticed that several people use "dividers" of sort, with the keyboard. they add stars and other graphics.

How are they doing this? I am sure someone here knows!

I use an arrow on our featured channels box from there. For our descriptions I just use equals signs like
