I'm sorry to hear that you've been dissatisfied. However, our records indicate that we never actually received any message from SelfVlogTV through our ticketing system. You sent one ticket on 4/19/14 from FamBamVlogs. However, we only work during business hours and have just come back from a weekend which is why we have not yet responded. As for Twitter and Facebook, we have so many comments and people trying to contact us there so that it is actually not the best way to contact us. We do try our best to reply to all the comments and tweets, but ultimately, our ticketing system is the best way to contact us about an issue. I apologize that we weren't able to get to yours through social media, however I see that we have already answered the ticket you sent, so please continue correspondence through there so we can work to get your issue resolved.
