That is true, I've noticed it has that effect as well. However, if sub count gets too much higher than the view count, then people may assume you botted or something, and then be repelled by you. I've experienced that as well.

true. sometimes in the first week my view count for one video is less than my subsriber count. the bad side of getting subscribers through yttalk, is that most of them the channel they use us to just gain subscribers so they would sub someone just so that they can get a sub back, and sometimes I am guilty of this. this is not my only channel and probably it's the same with many people here is that this current channel if for us to only promote our selves or our skills and we have another channel where we do all the "real watching videos on". I had met some people here that are active subsribers but again I cannot always rely on getting my subs from here because eventually the subscibers I have from here will dye out because they probably made other channels or start not to bother to watch my video.

yttalk is a good place to find friends and people who would and could boost your subscriber count but we all have to find other ways to boost this by going outside the friend and the yttalk zone.
ways we can do this is looking at the traffic we have and looking at the section where it's about the word searches that random people searched on google and youtube to find you because this is a way outside of the yttalk and the friend zone way of getting people.
