Creative Nation Problem..!

So, recently my contract with RPM network expire and they let me go..So I tried to apply for creative nation partnership and I am getting this message ..

So I need help ASAP....

What exactly is the problem. You dont want to partner with Creative nation but you are being partnered without your knowledge. Or is the problem the fact that you tried applying for the first time and it showed that message?

Well they sent me a PM on YouTube offering a good contract about a month ago..
So, after that I tried to apply the next day but it was the same message ... [DOUBLEPOST=1398736123,1398735804][/DOUBLEPOST]Well .. Well they sent me a invitation about a second ago..

That usually only appears when you've already applied before & haven't been rejected (that can include applying to any of CN's sub-networks).
