I changed to a CPM based contract about one year ago, i'm getting 1.8$ cpm for all views.

I had a "80/20 net" contract before with a common network before switching network, so i make a lot more money now.

Is 1.8$ per 1000views a good deal? And it's not only monotized views it's all views on the channel in total.

So 2million views a month usually ends me up getting about 3500$.
4million views 7000$ and so on.

Is this actually a good deal? Have about a month to decide.

3,500*12=$42,000 a year. witch doesn't sound to bad to me and the chart below was taken from wikipedia showing the Median US income.

Depends on the factors Kyle mentioned.

But in the very much majority of cases it is bad.
With fixed, one party will always lose alot of money and the network will make sure that's not them.
