Copyright Takedown

Hey guys!
My second most popular video was taken down yesterday due to "Copyright takedown notice".
This was just a tutorial on how to create another game account using iOS.

I didn't do anything as far as copyright goes. I did however, break their ToS by creating another account. I don't think they want other people making new accounts. I don't advertise it as hacks, cheats, or anything that would bring a negative image to the game.

What are your thoughts on this? I emailed them (Supercell) but no reply yet. I was very nice and just asking what I could do to resolve this and what I did to get it taken down.[DOUBLEPOST=1462975928,1462975523][/DOUBLEPOST]Actually, I'm not sure I was even breaking the ToS. I tried to skim them and see if they said anything about having multiple accounts but I didn't see it.

Nor do I see anything about multiple accounts.

However if you used screen shots from the Supercell site, that was an unauthorized use of their Intellectual Property if you didn't ask for permission first; and that is what led to your copyright takedown.

I play Supercell games myself; but I play them through the Bluestacks Android emulator.

Yeah, after some more research, it is not against the ToS. They do not support multiple accounts though.
I did not show anything on their website. It was just a few screenshots of my ipod and itunes on my PC. I did however, show their game and therefor used their copyrighted material. That gives them the right to pull the video for any reason they feel.
I don't have much I can do. I've tried reaching out to the multiple times, they seem to be ignoring my emails.

Multiple emails to a web support section tend to send you to the back of the line each time you send another before they reply. Just wait, as a normal business email reply takes 2-4 days. If you cannot get them to do a retraction, make sure that you don't get any more takedowns in a 6 month period and you should be fine.

Actually, I sent an email to the email address YouTube provided. I did some looking into it and Supercell outsources it's legal department to this company. So I sent that company's basic support an email also. I then sent out a basic support email to Supercell and they could not help at all.
So waiting on the 3rd party company to get back to me from either email address.
