Constructive Criticism Needed and Exposure Tips

I Love YTtalk
I have just recently started posting videos three months ago. I researched very heavily during this time and have watched many tutorials provided by YouTube and others on how to fully optimize my site and present everything as best as possible. I feel now I have enough content to start concentrating on exposure for my channel and get input of any improvements I can make. Also are there any good resources online for exposure other than the obvious social networks? If anyone can check out my channel and help me I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.

Everything looks on point. I'd work on the banner though. Your videos and commentary are good. I watched the DK NES it was good bro.

I know its hard (especially with gaming channels), but people often say that when starting out on YouTube its best to make your videos pretty short, at around 1-3 minutes in length. This is because when people don't know you/your channel, they aren't as interested in watching for long, whereas short but exciting videos keep them interested and they are more likely to watch until the end! All the best with your channel.

I need a graphic artist for a new banner still. As for the video length I am trying to post more short videos than long. Thanks for the great input so far.
