Hey guys, So i've been off youtube for over a week now purly because my computer decided it no longer wanted to let me edit video. When ever i edit video camera footage my computer blue screens on me. No idea why been trying to work it out but i've finally given up and taken it to a specialist. So hopefully i'll be back uploading soon.

Anyone else had any issues like this? Or anything that has prevented you from making videos when you want to in the past?
 
The most common thing that prevents me making videos consistently is having people home a lot of the time and I like having my own space to record and time alone is rare. I wonder if you have a graphics driver problem, you tend to get a BSOD when you have driver issues. I would try another editor to see if that helps or reinstalling your software/reverting to a restore point if you have installed anything recently.
 
What prevents me is having people in the house, no one knows about my videos, so I have to make 2-3 when I'm home alone and with 4 other people in the house it's sometimes hard! :)
 
My biggest computer editing issue is the fact that my computer loves giving me random BSODs.
Seriously, if any driver fails (no matter if it's related to the graphics card or the freaking networking card), my computer doesn't hesitate to give me a big whopping BSOD.

It's really frustrating.

Also Sony Vegas loves to just shut down on me.
