Comments on other Videos

Now usually I'm against when people leave comments on other peoples videos as a way to promote themselves, but I decided to give it a try and it worked!

So I didn't just go to random videos and copy/paste some sad excuse as to why people should check me out, I went onto Lady Gaga's Applause video, and left a comment saying that I just made a parody of Applause with my dog. Little did I know that the simple comment would get me 200 views, 18 ratings, and 5 new subs in 1 hour!

So I would actually advice to leave comments on other videos AS LONG as it's actually related, and it's not all spammy with a sad excuse to check it out like "it's so hard to get noticed. I need you to help me out blah blah blah". It may actually help you out :)
 
I always find it okay of if it is related to the video...
Though I only have put one video so far.. So I don't think I should.

Yeah I've never really done it before because my videos aren't something like relatable to other videos that would get viewed lol. Sure I could be like "Hey I just did this tag!" or something, but I doubt anyone would care.

Ok so I just did the same thing with my shane dawson pardoy and posted a comment saying to check it out in the comments 5 min later new subscriber!
