Hey, guys. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for collaborating with large YouTubers. Like how to get their attention, getting in contact with them, etc. I was looking to go meet and collaborate with people like 10 times my size, but I have no clue how to approach them for collaboration since I'm a smaller channel... Any helpful advice on the matter would be appreciated.

Well really a channel 10 times larger then you is only a channel with 2k subs. So what you have to do is just become friends and find something in common with someone who has 2k subs. I get along with a whole bunch of youtubers that are much more then 10 times bigger then me. The only reason I haven't done a collab with them is because I don't do gaming videos.

You heard it right here, folks! Become friends with TheBatteryChicken and you just might have a chance of winning a collaboration with his gamer friends! :woot2:

Most large YouTubers won't even read individual messages or comments, so first you need to find one who does, and then offer them an amount of money they can't refuse.

I had to reread that a couple times in my head to figure out what you meant. I was like "Is he saying I bribe them?" then I got the reference xD[DOUBLEPOST=1398740900,1398740855][/DOUBLEPOST]
yeah most larger youtubers won't bother collaborating unless it benefits them in some way. Try first collaborating with other channels who are similar to your size.

I have been, but I'd like to move up, you know?[DOUBLEPOST=1398740964][/DOUBLEPOST]

How exactly does one become friends with someone through the comment section without sounding like they're trying to suck up? xD[DOUBLEPOST=1398740994][/DOUBLEPOST]

Well, I told myself I would quit the escort business, but it looks like I have to go back into it... I'M GOING IN, BOYS!

I managed to collaborate with a Youtuber with over 30,000 subcribers than I did. But he was a rare case. Most bigger Youtubers will simply ignore you unless your content is mind blowing amazing!

You don't. Unless your content is beyond amazing, you won't get the time of day. All you'll look greedy trying to use them for your own benefit.

Well I go along to lots of events/meet ups and actually meet these people in person. Then quite a few of them have actually found me through my videos. Some I have bumped into on omegle and put in some of my omegle videos which first convinced them to check out my channel, then it turned out that they really liked my videos aswell.

So short answer would be to go out there and just get involved in any sort of social youtube events. If you don't live anywhere near an actual event, keep your eyes out on youtubers doing omegle meet ups.
