Cheap, simple backdrop ideas?

I've got a black sheet that has a couple of posters on it, but I was wondering if it's look better if I just took the posters off and just filmed my vlogs with a black sheet as a background. Or are there any other cheap, simple backdrop ideas I could use for the indoors? I an't use a wall, because mine are being painted in the spring.

A great idea would be to put things on the wall pertaining to that vlog! Maybe if you were doing a vlog about a goal, you could find something about that and hang it up for that day. Maybe you could just get a green screen and super-impose something on top of it! Super expensive but..... yeah got carried away there. Sorry XD
