Depending on the phone you have you can actually get a really good piece of footage but yes sadly you cannot edit. Maybe you can ask a friend to borrow their charger?

Ah, I was going to say that if you have an iPhone 4 then thats really good for vlogs, I'm not sure how good the samsung is as I've never owned one.
