Hello , i am starting a top 5 channel and i need some help , is there anyone who would like to join me to run this channel but only contact me if you have a proper knoweldge of Adobe Effects or Sony Vegas , because i need someone who could properly edit the videos. Email : lightyy1996@gmail.com

You probably need to offer people more than just a request. Remember people wont do things for free, you need to sell yourself. Like what do you offer to someone who will edit for you, id your top 5 approach better than everyone elses etc.

Like the other guy said you need something so people would be actually willing to help. I'm assuming when you said you "edited"it you added the "Money will be shared equivalently". This wouldn't make the offer any more enticing because if i'm a part of your channel i'd already expect that i am going to be receiving part of the money equivalent to the part i'm contributing, so telling me that I will is just sort of like "ok, duh". People won't really want to just embark on some random journey with a stranger that has a 50/50 chance of succeeding/failing with no sort of incentive to actually do so
