Channel URL help?

So I made a custom url for my YouTube channel about 8 or 9 months ago, and up until now it's worked perfectly. But today I've realised that the link that I custume made for my channel has stopped working, so if you click on the link that I created then nothing will come up except for a page that says "This page isn't available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else". The only link that works is the original link, which is the really long version that's a mixture for letters and numbers. I know that I can't change my link again as I've already done it once. So what can I do to make my link work again?

It is a new thing youtube added in the last update, you need 500+ subs. I think

Working for me too, atleast the /c/ link is working, not sure if you mean thatho.

Freedom: he has over a 1000 subs...

Works for me,

It is possible that youtube is doing a update to there url system where now you have to type c/PLACEHOLDER or user/PLACEHOLDER. We will have to wait for confirmation on this probably for a few days.[DOUBLEPOST=1420971882,1420971522][/DOUBLEPOST]On the google support page it states.

When you have a custom URL, you can give people a short, easy-to-remember web address to find your YouTube channel (like youtube,com/c/creatoracademy).

As well as this it states.

To get a custom URL for your channel, your account needs to be in good standing and meet a few other requirements:

  • 500 or more subscribers
  • Channels is at least 30 days old
  • Channel has uploaded a photo for the channel icon
  • Channel has uploaded channel art

Hope this helped.
