Channel Review Please?

Hello everyone and welcome! I was wondering if I could get a channel review done? I want to improve and was wondering what you think of my channel, channel art, channel icon, trailer, layout, video/audio quality, etc. I thank you for your time I hope you all have a great day!

Here are my thoughts on your channel

• I like the banner but the red does not stand out enough and the text is a little hard to make out too, try using a white or lighter color stroke on the words and make the read lighter too.
• Try not to repeat your banner design in your avatar photo; it does not look good on your home page.
• Your sound quality is good.
• You use the channel one layout well and you group videos together and that is great.
• You upload videos rather regularly sometimes every day and that can be good and bad, if you upload too much people who be able to keep up and they will stop trying.
• The text in your thumbnails is very hard to read on your many of your thumbnails and they look a little generic and don’t keep my attention.
• Your game commentary is a little boring for my taste.
• It might just be my personal preference but I don’t need to see every second of game, I like when people cut out the boing bits and only show the entertaining parts.
• Your videos are too long, people don’t have the attention span to watch a twenty minute videos every day, try making then between five and ten minutes for best audience retention.

Thank you very much for you honest feedback. I am getting better at making thumbnails so I am trying. The videos are long because the style "Let's plays" showcase the whole game there is a lot that is never shown and I only try show the good bits. I actually have a high audience retention rate according to analytics so I am not too worried there, but I understand what you mean. You have been very helpful and given me a lot to think about. I will talk to the person who does my banner and icon.
