Channel on a decline...what's going on?

Hey guys, now that school has ended and I'm on summer break, I've decided to become more consistent in my videos...however, my latest one FLOPPED...

I typically get over 100 views in 2 days and at least 6 subscribers per video, but this time, I only have 74 views and 1 new subscriber...

Does it have to do with my content and timing? (I posted the video at around the time my friends and such are just coming home from school)

Also, how can I expand from just only having those I know as subscribers and viewers? (I already have some, but the majority are still people I know )

You are not always going to get a lot of views/subs for every video you make, is the simple, short answer.
