Channel Feedback?

Hey guys. I'm new here and I wanted to know what you think of my channel. Mainly the Intro's Outro's editing. ect. Also what do you think I could do better? I run this channel with 2 of my friends so it's kinda like a mini network type thing. We have ~100 subs so far so we've moved a bit! :D

I like. Boost your audio a bit, watch out for your intro copyrighted music. Thumbnail sizes are a bit off on some of your videos. Try to brand your channel bit. Add more sections to your homepage. Use annotations. Good start I think anyways.

- Logo and banner look nice for themselves but they don't follow the same design. This would be essential for a strong branding.
- The banner could already contain information about your upload schedule.
- The scenes in the trailer are too long and a voiceover could make it more engaging.
- Place a call to subscribe at the end of the trailer.
- The "About" section is not bad but you could make it a bit more interesting.
- Place you social media links in the trailer description such that they show up on the channel page.
- Strengthen your thumbnail branding. They should re-use elements from your channel art such that somebody who sees one of your thumbnails recalls the channel.
- You voice recording quality is okay but there is room for improvement.
- Most of your titles start with the game name (boring). Start them with something catchy e.g. "Total demolition - Flatout 2:Derby" instead of just "Flatout 2:Derby".
- Use an interactive end card to lead viewers to other videos of yours.
- If you want to return the favor name one thing you would improve on my channel :)

Channel trailer is about 4:30 minutes too long.

Also some of the videos seem to be stuck on 301 views which leads me to believe they have been view botted and the counter has been disabled by YouTube. I sure hope that is not that case.

Were actually in the middle of a sorta re-branding. I'm making a new shorter channel trailer and a new profile pic and such now that I have improved my skills with after effects.[DOUBLEPOST=1418073016,1418072678][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yeah I use OBS to record and for some reason it didn't like my mic and i think Skype was too loud. We have got it down in the new videos we've recorded (Not up yet). And what sections do you think I should add? Also I use Royalty Free music in all the videos that have music
