Channel Feedback Positives and Negative

Hi, If anyone would be kind enough to give me some feedback on my channel that would be awesome. I am currently aware of issues regarding my mic and some of the earlier thumbnails those are things I have plans of improving but can't at this time. Any other advice would be appreciated thanks

Your editing is pretty well done I must say! One thing is to invest in a better microphone. The one you use now is okay, but isn't the most pleasant to listen to. Also, if you are looking to be very "popular" on YouTube as a gamer, you have to bring something new. See, I have a cooking channel, and I only have 6 videos and 25,000+ views and 250+ subscribers. You have 75 vids and only 25 subscribers. Sorry to say this, but people are not enjoying your videos that much, or else many more people would be subscribed. I would suggest jazzing up the videos a bit, make them more entertaining. Otherwise, you have a pretty cool channel.

Thanks, I am aware of the mic thing and I have been trying to rectify it but i'm a little tight on money currently and many of the older uploads were from my very early days where I wasn't very sure of my self but currently I think in my more recent videos I have gotten better now that I'm more confident so hopefully that will show

May I recommend a good microphone? Watch my videos to see how nice it sounds. You've probably heard of it, a blue snowball microphone. It's only 50 dollars which is really cheap in terms of microphones! I highly recommend it.

hey man, Its a nice looking channel, you've done well, the only thing I could say is probably take a look at your audience retention? I've had a look at a couple of your newer vids and from the statistics you aren't keeping their attention as long. I myself have a new gaming channel and I've also tried Let's Plays before (seen from your octodad one) the audience retention rate for your last videos aren't the best.
So the positives would be nice layout, looking good, consistent, but I would say work on trying to keep the audience engaged for as long as possible, after all youtube's search engine looks at your vids retention rate when ranking
