I've just watched a couple of your cup head videos
Your quality is very much there that's for sure; you have nice clean crisp video and your presenting skills are very good as well you have a good level of charisma which is good to have right off the bat as it can take weeks if not months to learn how to present if your not already a natural at it (So good job!)
Feedback on your layout well:
Your channel arts pretty good you've got a good standout style on your hands and it looks professional enough so I would say that for the moment thats looking pretty good!
If I would suggest anything I would say your channel avatar is nice but could do with some kind of background as on a white backdrop it looks a bit bland. maybe use the orange leopard skin backdrop on your channel art as a backing for your avatar or the white game controller backdrop...just something to help push your avatar out there a bit more
It'll also tie your channel avatar in with your channel branding a bit closer which cant be bad!
the only other comments I have about the videos themselves would be it might be in your best interest to trim out the loading screen menus where possible (For example in your cuphead videos it fades down to black for the loading screen then fades up again. you could probably chop out that gap inbetween so its a much shorter fade and it'll just help keep your videos more fluid) and also I would look into potentially investing in a pop shield as I noticed a couple of moments where your P's were a little bit hot. its probably fine for speaker users but for people on headphones it could be a bit irritating.
It may also be a good idea to try and establish a timetable for your uploads like "We upload every Wednesday" or similar. even if it means taking a week or 2's downtime to get some padding in place between your capture and your upload it'll help ease off the pressure a bit and give you a more regular schedule
Other than those man i'd say your pretty solid! Its good to see you hit the ground running!
