You don't need to break any laws to be sued.
@Merlina Rodas, I urge you to be very careful of who you take your legal advice from. You should even be wary of MY advice because I am not a lawyer.
Just sayin - most of the kids here are just guessing/hoping/making sh!t up as they go along, which is normal for any online forum.

for something to get anywhere in any court, or even reach a court, you would need legal backing of some description. i am not guessing or hoping- the sheer chances because of the cost of an attorney and a lawsuit are extremely low. "educating" under any means, no matter the subject or how factually correct the content is, is within the law. a simple lawsuit for a copyright infringement, one of the simplest matters, starts at around $700 in the USA, and without legal claim that money would be down the drain.
