Do you know any site YouTube as well as where to download the pack with the files inside to MagicBullet, in practice the CC's and Looks?

Magic Bullet Looks isn't free and if your looking to get it for free this isn't the site to discuss such piracy. I'm sure you will find it if you search for it though.

Quiet, the program is I, I just wanted to say the "color" that are created using Magic Bullet FREE. It 's like a distrubire their work done in photoshop psd file

If you want CCs for photoshop there are packs available as "gfx packs" or "graphics packs" such as my own (message me if you want, it's completely free if you want it). But there is no form of Looks or any part of it which is legally free in its distribution.

So even the files produced by this program is not legal to distribute?

It doesn't produce files. The 'presets' within it are not exportable/compatible with other things, as they are what they are; presets, a set of numbers to control the algorithms, formulas, switches and settings found within the Magic Bullet Looks program.

Ah, sorry, I thought they were distributed as normal template.

You can still get all the effects within photoshop but you'll have to do it manually. For example bleach bypass or whatever is a blueish tinge with a lot of highlights; could be done with vibrance/exposure/hue/gradient maps.
